Reciprocal Rights

Reciprocal access opens up 200+ weekly group fitness classes, pools, and stadium courts around the state.

Studio members have reciprocal access to YMCA South Australia managed facilities while travelling as well as an opportunity to complement their existing centre experience with something new. Mix up your usual routine by incorporating a swim, shooting some hoops, or trying a new group fitness class at another Y around the state..

How to use (before Centre opening)

  • Check-in with Customer Service staff at a participating site and let them know you are visiting from the Purruna Spencer Newton Centre, and as proof of membership:
    • Before Centre opening: log into the Customer Portal/Purruna App for Purruna showing your active membership contract
    • After Centre opening: Bring a piece of ID and your Purruna Membership Card (or proof via the Purruna App)
  • Plan your visit - check the website of the site your visiting to confirm hours and the group fitness timetable (you can view opening hours and group fitness timetables on each centres website)

Terms and conditions

  • While visiting another site, you have the same access privileges as you would if you purchased an All Access casual admission:
    • Includes gym access, group fitness, pool, stadium courts, etc.
    • Excludes KidsClub, 24/7 access, Free Child Memberships, Friends Free Friday, etc
  • The majority of your visits must be at your 'home' location (Purruna Spencer Newton Centre)
  • Aqua Memberships at Purruna do not include reciprocal rights access.
  • Holdfast Pilates is not included in Reciprocal Rights.
