With over 45 classes per week our wellness studio has a variety of classes to suit your flow. Choose to break a sweat, build strength or stretch and flex.

Stretch, release and relax. A slow unwind and relax with a peaceful playlist. The perfect class to add to your reformer stretch repertoire and to increase flexibility safely. Take time out for yourself and indulge in a class dedicated to stretch and release.

Jump boards in, get ready to sweat in this higher intensity workout. Expect to keep the heart rate up as we pump up the tunes. Each track is choreographed so it will feel familiar, but we’ll freshen it up week by week with new tracks. Feel free to sing a long as you jump.

Strength and balance

A mat based, core focused work-out, based on Joseph Pilates principles. Learn about the stabilising muscles and how to activate correctly to build strength and muscle tone in a safe and effective manner. This is mainly a class using your own body weight but the magic circle, Pilates ball or dumbbells may be added to increase intensity.

A spiritual, mental and physical practice which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. A combination of strengthening and stretching poses, utilising the breath for a total mind-body work-out. Benefits include improved posture, flexibility, muscle strength, increased blood flow and improved self-esteem.

Purruna - Yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of yoga. The poses are held with the muscles fully relaxed, allowing time and gravity to deepen the stretch and target the fascia. The poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues, rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas (postures) are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement. No previous experience required. We encourage you to bring your own exercise mat.

Purruna - Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, faster-paced style of yoga, Vinyasa incorporates flowing from one pose (asana) to another in a flow sequence whilst synchronising the breath in movement. Vinyasa will leave you feeling energised, strong, and calm in your mind. With no experience necessary, Vinyasa is perfect for those wanting to try a yoga class that’s a little different! We encourage you to bring your own exercise mat.
